Privacy
What information this website collects, why, and what you can do about it.
Who we are
This website is operated by Lead Ladder Ltd (“LeadLadder”, “we”), registered in England & Wales. We are the data controller for the personal information described on this page.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, business and message you enter. If you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to include.
The website itself does not use analytics, tracking pixels or advertising tags, and does not set cookies.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to assess whether there is a fit, to reply to you and, if a conversation follows, to prepare for it. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries made to us.
We do not sell personal information or add it to marketing lists.
Who processes it
The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which processes contact form submissions on our behalf and keeps standard server logs that may include IP addresses. Netlify’s own privacy notice describes its handling of that data.
Email is handled by our email provider.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as it is needed to respond and to consider a potential engagement, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. Email us and we will respond. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes
If the way this website handles information changes — for example, if analytics are added — this page will be updated and the date above changed.
